situation: A Customer comes up to Sam.
Customer: I’m interested in your products. Can we talk?
Sam: Thank you. Yes, of course.
Customer: I’ve heard that Japanese bolts and nuts are the best in quality.
Sam: Yes, they are. You need good materials and manufacturing technology to create good screws and the ones from Japan excels in both.
Customer: What about prices?
Sam: Our products are much costlier compared to the ones from China and others but then, we are confident of their safety. The prices are indicated in the brochure. There’s a discount when you buy in quantity. The discount rate is also shown in the brochure.
Customer: How about delivery?
Sam: We can ship them out within 2 to 3 days after confirmation of receipt of payment.
Customer: What kind of payment method do you accept?
Sam: Prepaid, either in Yen or in US Dollars.
Customer: All right, thank you.
Sam: You can order through our home page. Please access it. You can also e-mail me anytime.

Sam 「その通りです。いいネジを作るにはいい素材と加工技術が必要ですが、日本製は両方において卓越したものを持っています。」
客 「値段のことを知りたいんだが。」
Sam 「中国産などと比べると確かに我々のネジは高いです。でも、そのぶん安全性には自信があります。値段はパンフレットに書いてある通りです。まとめて買っていただいた場合は割引があります。割引率についてもパンフレットに載っています。」
客 「納期はどうなっているのかね？」
Sam 「ご注文いただいて入金の確認が取れてから2～3日のうちに発送します。」
客 「決済方法は？」
Sam 「前払いでドルか円でお願いしています。」
客 「わかった。ありがとう。」
